MAGA🎯Darts Program – Participant Disclaimer and Release of Liability
By registering for and/or participating in the MAGADarts program (“Program”) operated by MAGA Buzz PAC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
MAGA Buzz PAC provides the MAGADarts program solely as a voluntary promotional and engagement initiative. Participation is entirely at your own discretion and risk. MAGA Buzz PAC does not direct, control, supervise, endorse, or assume responsibility for any content you create, any posts you make, any communications you send, or any actions you take on any social media platform, website, or other third-party service.
You are solely responsible for all content you publish, all statements you make, and all activities you undertake in connection with or inspired by the Program. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, platform terms of service, community guidelines, and policies of any social media or other third-party platform you use.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAGA BUZZ PAC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND REPRESENTATIVES (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of account access, account suspension, account termination/ban, lost profits, reputational harm, emotional distress, personal injury, property damage, or any other losses arising from your participation in the Program or from any interaction with third-party platforms.
You hereby release, discharge, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), or losses of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or related in any way to your participation in the MAGA🎯Darts program, including (without limitation) any platform enforcement action, account restriction, content removal, civil or criminal proceeding, or other adverse consequence that may result from your posts, actions, or participation.
This Disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By submitting this registration form and/or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to be bound by this Disclaimer and Release of Liability. If you do not agree, you must not register for or participate in the Program.
